TrueSpa Customers to Adonis Terms & Conditions - Dated 7 October 2011

Salon Facial: Cleansing, Exfoliation, Toning, Mask and Moisturizing. |

Daily appointment hours: Mon to Thur 11am –7pm, Fri - Sun, 11am - 5pm |
| 3) |
Please ensure that the original coupon presented for redemption bears the same coupon number which was used to make booking. The participating spas will not accepta different coupon number from the one used to make the booking for redemption andservices will not be provided. If you fail to bring the correct coupon, your booking forthat slot will be treated as fully redeemed. |
| 4) |
Facial is available for both gender and no age limitation.

Recommend basic cleansing once a month |
| 6) |
Not allowed to use more than one coupon in the same day at the same spa. |
| 7) |
Late attendance will not be entertained, maximum 10 minutes grace period. |
| 8) |
TrueSpa disputes will not be entertained. |

Please indicate in your email, Name, NRIC/Fin/Passport No., Coupon Number, Mobile Number, preferred participating SPA, preferred date, treatment slot and treatment type. |

Booking is up to 60 days in advance, but with at least 7 days advance notice. |
| (V) |
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to

at least 7 days before the appointment date booked, failing which it will be considered as a no show and the coupon will be forfeited and deemed invalid. |
| (VI) |
Original coupon must be presented at the point of redemption. |

Coupon is only valid up to the expiry date stated above and any expired coupon will not be accepted. |
| (VIII) |
This coupon is strictly redeemable against the specific service (valued at S$127) as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full. |
| (IX) |
Any coupon that is without an authorized signature and company stamp, photocopied and/or tampered with will not be accepted. This coupon is not replaceable if damaged or lost. |

Use of this coupon is strictly subject to the prevailing Terms & Conditions and operating hours of the respective participating spas booked and user is advised to check with the participating spa concerned on such prevailing terms and conditions. |
