Non-acceptance of orders by us
We can refuse to accept or fulfill any order in our absolute discretion, including, without limitation, if:
There is a pricing or description error when the order is placed which is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognized as a mispricing;
Your payment is refused;
i) We do not have sufficient stock to deliver the product you have ordered
ii) We do not deliver to the area in which your delivery address is located
iii) It is not possible or practical for us to deliver to, or we have any other concerns with, the delivery address that you have given us; and/or
iv) The product you are attempting to order is not available for sale through the Website and/or by phone. Some of our products are only available at shops and other outlets but are displayed at the Website to show the completeness of our range
If we refuse to accept an order, we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment suffered by you. You may be liable to pay us extra delivery charges if:
i) You attempt to change the delivery address after the product has been dispatched to you; and/or
ii) You fail to notify us above of special circumstances which are relevant to your delivery.
Although we will endeavor to do so, we cannot guarantee that we will be able and reserve the right to refuse in our sole discretion to:
Relocate any of your existing furniture at the delivery address (and any such request for us to do is at your own risk) and/or deliver the product to a precise location within the premises at the delivery address.
Our Returns & Refund Policy is limited to products purchased directly from our Adonis Online Store and the procedure for returns must be initiated within 14 days on all peripherals and 14 days on products from the date the item was purchased.
In order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (exclusive of initial shipping and handling charges), you must contact the Technical Support team to obtain a Return/Refund Product Number (RPN) within the specified time frame of the said product. The product must be returned to Adonis in its original packaging and condition.
Please note that the RPN must be noted on the outside of the returned product’s package. You will be considered to have returned the said product to Adonis if you have delivered the product to a carrier and have taken all necessary steps to ensure that the product is delivered to Adonis, including paying all shipping charges in returning the product to Adonis. We advise that you select a method of shipping that is traceable.
The risk in the returned product only passes to Adonis when the product is received by Adonis and Adonis shall not be responsible for items lost in transit to us. You will receive a refund of the purchase price that you had paid for the returned product (excluding any charges for the initial shipping and handling of the product to you) within 45 days of Adonis’s receipt of the returned product. In the event that the procedure herein is not followed, Adonis reserves the right to accept the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s). The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
